Blue Heron Presents: Okeghem: Missa Cuiusvis toni
March 28 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
$11.50 – $95.50
One of Okeghem’s most dazzling compositional feats is this Mass “in whatsoever mode,” which can be sung three ways, each with its own distinct scale and harmonic palette. We will sing the complete Mass in all three modes, in a special two-part concert interpolating an explanatory presentation by Peter Urquhart and Scott Metcalfe.
A similar program will be presented in Andover on March 27.
